Jenks Southeast Elementary is one mile from our subdivision while Jenks Middle School is two and one half miles. 

Need groceries, supplies for a fix it project or just dinner?  The south Memorial Drive shopping area is just two miles away.  The 91st and Yale, 91st and Delaware and Jenks Riverwalk shops are also nearby.

The neighborhood offers quick access to the Creek Turnpike and major east, west streets.  However, the neighborhood remains in a secluded area with little traffic noise or congestion.

The neighborhood offers primarily two story homes but also one story and one and a half story. Built from 1994 to 2000, the houses are well maintained and have maintained and increased in value but remain affordable for South Tulsa.
